Welcome to the Venn Consulting AI Maturity Assessment

This assessment evaluates your organisation's AI maturity across two critical dimensions: AI Use and AI Governance. Understanding where you stand today is the first step toward building sustainable AI capability. The assessment takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and will produce a maturity score (1.0–5.0) that maps to one of five stages, from Aware through to Leading. More importantly, it will reveal whether your AI adoption and governance are progressing in balance, or whether misalignment is creating either hidden risk or untapped potential.
